Who we are

Branddirr Jobs is run by Branddirr, Dhaka, Bangladesh. We place people in short, day-rate work with companies and we run the attendance and pay records for that work.

For people applying

Applying is free. You must be 18 or older. The daily rate on a job page is your take-home for a full day; a half day pays half. Each job page states who pays you. Where a company pays you directly and we charge a placement fee, that fee is printed on the job page before you apply. We never deduct anything that was not shown to you first.

Confirming a job and not turning up, or leaving a shift early without telling us, is recorded against your account and affects future placements. You can withdraw an application any time by messaging us.

For companies

We quote a daily rate per person for each job. It covers sourcing, briefing, attendance tracking and same-day replacement where possible. We invoice per job with daily attendance attached. Payment terms are on the quote.

Payment

Pay follows the schedule on the job page, by bKash, Nagad or cash. Your account shows every worked day and whether it has been paid. If a company is late paying us, we tell you and give you the date we expect to pay you.

Ending things

You can ask us to delete your account at any time by email or WhatsApp. We keep pay records for as long as tax and accounting rules require, then delete them.
